Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Jr., Oprah Winfrey, Mother Teresa, and Steve Jobs.  A diverse group of social, civil, and business dignitaries.  However, what do all of these people have in common?  They are examples of courageous leaders.

These leaders met the challenges of leadership in such a way that their courageous leadership not only achieved a goal but also literally transformed their area of focus and the people around them.  Their passion, courage, and determined example inspired revolutionary change because they motivated a community of people to rally around a common goal to achieve what, in some instances, was considered “impossible.”

In today’s business environment, executive leaders are facing a myriad of internal and external challenges, many of which did not exist a mere five years ago.  Today’s leaders must do more with less, engage a dynamic workforce, and have command over a globally, interconnected market.  And, they must do so while attempting to maintain professional, personal, emotional, and physical balance.  In addition, the task of doing so as an executive of a diverse background brings with it a sense of responsibility and some additional challenges of which others may not be aware.  In fact, in your organization, you may be the first of your kind.  Thus, successfully serving in your role can be nothing short of challenging… and in some regards, it is almost a miracle.

While we cannot promise you a miracle at this conference, we do confidently believe that miraculous things can happen as a result of your attendance.  We know that the revolutionary change executives are being tasked to bring forth may seem overwhelming at times.  It takes COURAGE to face and overcome these situations.  That is why we are offering you a unique opportunity to gain the insight, practical skills, and network that will help refine your courageous leadership so that you can accomplish what you have been purposed to be.

We look forward to seeing you at the Forum!
